OUR TECHNOLOGY

Sprout uses satellite imagery and multispectral technology to take pictures of fields and compile them in our software. We can then deduce information on the health of the crops and exactly where they need attention using vegetation indices and color maps. This helps farmers optimize their time, be more efficient with fertilizer and pesticides, and increase their harvest.

In addition, we make the process simple and understandable to our farmers. Our services provide straightforward and effective solutions, and we are always ready to help our clients on the ground.

Vegetable Garden

CASE STUDY: SATELLITE

Read about this study over Komoro, we used satellite imaging to conclude that most of the field was unhealthy, but that could have been due to early germination and change in the temperature. 6 vegetation indices were used in the analysis of this field to compare before and after 18 days

CASE STUDY: DRONE

Watch this video about how we used a drone and RGB imaging, a scanning technique that uses technology similar to regular cameras to produce high-resolution 3D renders for a more comprehensive and detailed look at the crops of a small field in the Karuizawa area.
